I haven't seen the blue dual-time, but the chronograph and time/date are the same in person. These dials can appear almost black in some light and a bright blue in other light. Most of the time, they look like a navy blue.

Saw the time-date and chrono next to each other, the blue is identical. I assume that the dual-time has the same kind of blue but didn't see it in person. Daniel

I heard those dials are made by Les Cadraniers de Geneve
