Would you mind sharing some additional info with us?
First of all: Do you know if the watch had been sent to Le Locle for repair? What did they tell you about the problem? Normally, the SAV staff at Le Locle is very competent and will also inform about the reason for the trouble.
Did you wear it during the last week(s)? Or has it been on a winder during the switchover? The loss of four hours indicates a massive loss of energy, since I assume there was no chance that the GMT pushers could have been accidentally activated.
