UN GMT Perpetual
I have a LE GMT Perpetual from UN, and wear it as my everyday watch. It is my favorite of the watches I own or have owned. I travel moderately, and use the GMT function with some frequency. I picked this watch both because I loved the look of the windows rather than the subdials I was accustomed to on perpetuals, and because of the amazing ability to set the watch backwards and forwards, and for the dates to follow the time across the time zones. While I dream of someday owning a striking watch (the FP Journe Sonnerie Souveraine is my particular dream, but all I have is a Citizen Eco-Drive minute repeater), I can't imagine replacing this as my every day watch!
