I've observed that some dials on the GMT Perpetual indicate 'Chronograph' while others do not. What is the difference? Have they changed the movements?

I have seen them only in books. It is not a chronograph but the word "chronometre" appears in the seconds subchapter. Every description I've read on the UN 32 movement states that it is an officially certified chronometer however I couldn't imagine why th... 

For some reason, the limited edition faces say "Chronometer" and the others don't. Marcus, perhaps you can elucidate? Happy New Year to all!

Hi, The answer lies in the fact that the Limited Edition GMT Perpetual models (both platinum & 18k RG) are all certified by the COSC, and this is noted on the dial with the word "Chronometer", and the watches come with a full rating certificate from the C...
