Mahesh showed us a good old Tourbillon, here is another one which made me dream, a lot, the Royal Blue Tourbillon.
Here, a jeweled version.
I much prefer the non jeweled one, I must confess.
The case is cool, too.

Normally I have a problem with these hand shapes at UN (and generally)...
.. but here they somehow work! A cool watch for sure. But isn't the 'normal' version also jeweled? What are these dots on the rehaut? Looks like stones just as the other version, just fewer. Cheers, Alex
