... but I think I have seen another enamel dial colour as well. But the press text is only speaking of a blue enamel dial, so I maybe was wrong, and only remembered the green/red/white enamel dials of the San Marco chronometer. Regards, Marcus

1. What is the thickness? 2. The UN 815 caliber, is it one of the ones with the Dual Ulysse escapement, or one of the ETA bases? A

If I recall correctly, it has no Dual Ulysse escapement. No idea about the thickness neither. During the brief moments I had it in my hands, I thought it is rather thin and elegant. Regards, Marcus

The movement is an ETA 2892A2. Sorry, no price info available yet. I assume the watch will be available in fall. Regards, Marcus

The rear sight shows the same view as of many other UN watches: a well finished 2992 with a gold rotor. Yes, the enamel variant is absolutely striking! Regards, Marcus

the blue dial looks superb, but seems to be just a larger version of the old San Marco enamelled dial. it would be a shame if its ETA based as i thought they would have progressed past that stage now with their new movements. Graham

The "Classico" is not a watch for movement fetishists like ourselves, but more a "beginner's drug" to acquire new UN fans. In this respect, the "Classico" could be the elegantly golden counterpart to the Marine Chronometer, and as such the watch asked for...
