...the power reserve indicator also not going completely down on a stopped watch, in my case the Marine Chronometer Manufacture.

I see exactly the same thing on my JLC Master Minute Repeater.
And, if I remember well, on a Patek 5712... I think it is normal, but let's wait for the owners' opinion on the same Watch. Best, Nicolas
