New enamel timepieces by UN
In Basel, I have been shown three gorgeous watches with enamel dials, but have also been asked not to show the pics before the official press releases are ready.
The first is another cloisonné enamel dial from the "Classic Ships" series, featuring the English ship of line "HMS Caesar", that fought against the french fleet during the Napoleonic wars. The watch itself is a "Classico", either in pink or in white gold:

The other two enamel dials have not been made in the cloisonné technique, where a hair-thin gold wire is glued to a base to form cells, which are then filled with enamel paint by means of an extremely sharp goose quill. Instead, the new "Classico Dragon" dial is made by carving out the cells from the metal base, and filling them with enamel by means of a thin brush.

For ladies, this colourful paradise bird, a combination of diamonds and enamel champlevé, is offered in the smaller "Classico" case, which is also set with diamonds on bezel and lugs:
