I love this watch
There is something about the design of this one that always brings cheer whenever I see a picture of one, especially when the photos are well done like this one.
After Lange, UN are my favourite watch makers. There are similarities in that they both have long, fascinating histories which were interrupted and then reborn. Both too are very underestimated, except by those who know. I like that about them as I like to go against popular opinion myself and I like also that they draw much less attention than, say, a Patek and a Rolex.
A fresh picture of my Ulysse Nardin Sonata.
One of my watches I photographed the most. Big Date, GMT, Alarm on 24 hours with alarm count down, chiming like a minute repeater. This watch is quite unique in the horological world. And when you think it was unveiled in 2003!!! Ulysse Nardin at its best...
I never tire of this one.
And you have the best dial color, in my opinion. Thanks for sharing. M4
Your version is for me still the best of the Sonata's.
The later versions,including the current models,have lost some of the uniqueness of the original design.
