I actually think it's really important that we don't lose sight of the fact that honestly made "affordable" (affordable is different for everyone obviously) watches are worthy of discussion as well -- watches like the Seiko 5s. While the majority of discussion on the site is about higher end items, any talk of Seiko should IMO include both the starter pieces and dream watches like the Credor Spring Drive Sonnerie. Many lower end pieces contain the building blocks of haute horlogerie or flipping the concept around, are diluted versions of their "betters."

Finally got it sized correctly...
It was too small when it came so I threw on the extra links that came with it. Was slightly too loose. Thought I might need to buy a half link or something to change out a full link for a half link. Just looked over the watch and found a half link already...

... since they are pretty much standard. However, if you have problems obtaining them, don't hesitate to contact UN directly. They once sent me two pairs of spring bars, when I did not get the right one here at home. Regards, Marcus
