I think it depends on whether you want the warranty or not
If you are happy to take the watch on, warranty-less, then keeping it original seems to be nice. However, if you prefer the insurance of the warranty, then I would suggest opting for that. Of course, the choice should be yours based on what makes the most...

... I would say go for 1.5 . It would probaly devalue your watch in the secondary market, though.

have they listed the parts that need changing(and availability) to arrive at the 2270 euro?
knowing which parts would help you in deciding which way to go.
