Power Reserve Indicator
Hello Folks,
Just a quick one. I have not been wearing my watch in the last weeks or so therefore the watch has completely stopped of course. ( was not in a watchwinder either)
As I looked at the power reserve indicator I noticed that the little hand had not gone all the way up. The last couple of red bars had not been reached by the hand yet which would have indicated that the watch was still slightly winded..... But It was not at all. The movement was not working.
Is that normal? this is how it should be or maybe something is not quite right with my one. i would expect the hand to be more vertical when the watch is not is

I see exactly the same thing on my JLC Master Minute Repeater.
And, if I remember well, on a Patek 5712... I think it is normal, but let's wait for the owners' opinion on the same Watch. Best, Nicolas
Not the same watch as yours,but...
...the power reserve indicator also not going completely down on a stopped watch, in my case the Marine Chronometer Manufacture. So, I guess nothing to worry about. Best, Gerard ...
