Hi Mw, those springs only expand when u jump up & down, very solid stuff. notice my silver runner? i have it for almost 2 yrs now & been using it for running twice every week for 2~4km run in the gym or outdoor & they r holding pretty well except normal w...

I wear Nike Shox and they're comfortable so need to try these Adidas spring shoes someday. If I tell Adidas to stick in 20 extra springs, will I jump as high as Michael Jordan? LOL Awesome shoes, and they sure must make running and walking a lot easier on...
