TimeOut

usually a GMT 2 on my wrist

I have been averaging one Pacifc crossing a month for the last several years.  I have found a GMT 2 on my wrist most of the time.  The ease of setting to local time and still have home time was simple.

On my last trip, I decided to not set the GMT to the local time and just add 15 hrs to my hometime.  It worked just fine and actually gave me a degree of mindfulness of my environment locally and at home that an adjusted watch did not.
