One of the top ramen in Paris

 

I just want to share with you two pictures of one of best ramen in Paris: it is the Spicy Pork Soup proposed by the restaurant Ebis located rue St Rich in Paris, not very far from the Louvre.

I often wondered what they put in this soup. They accepted to tell me today that there are nuts and miso inside... which give this colour and the milky aspect to the broth.

If you visit in Paris, why don't you try it? Not a typical french cuisine... but it is worth the visit.

Looks very good, definitely will try it the next time I'm in Paris. Did they have appetizers like gyoza (dumplings) or Karaage (like fried chicken)? How spicy was the soup? -MW

Yes, I usually take Gyoza with it.

Or fried rice... but there is no Karaage. Even if we are talking about spicy pork, the soup is not really spicy. It is ok for people who prefer "soft" meals. Thanks Ming! Fx

where to start looking. Past recommendations for Nihon ryo ri in Paris were more than disappointing. I'll have to check it out when I'm next in Paris! Cheers, TM

You will also find several ramen restaurants rue St Anne (which goes to the Louvre from the Boulevard des Italiens). Some are pretty nice but my fav remains Ebis. Fx
