Ocean Beach Early Morning
Today we don't feature any sand or surf, because it was gray and the parking lot was nearly full at 7:30 am - a congregation of surfers competing with groggy homeless folk waking and spreading their limbs out of sleeping bags, van back doors, or washing their feet in a parking lot puddle..
"Oh my. Let's get into the residential area!" we exclaimed.
So we drove up the hill, where the view was wider and fewer people distracted us from our walk... instead we could focus on houses, cars, plants, animals, birds, etc.
There's the water way down there - you can't tell sky from ocean at the moment.

How do you know the parrot was sleepy? Perhaps he's just giving you the side eye - his best Lee Van Cleef impression ....
