In Geneva, Patek Philippe Museum (of course) and, if you want to eat Eritrean and Ethiopian food, I enjoyed this restaurant (it was a discovery for me): Gazelle d'or, rue de Lyon 55. Nothing luxurious or extraordinary, but a friendly place and very good food (to eat with your hands)!
In Munich, if you like painting: Alte Pinakotek and Pinakotek der Moderne.
