I'd go with the D800
The Leica is going to come out with a new M first quarter of 2013. But unless you like full manual control, the D800 is an ideal camera that offers you plenty of control and power and is easier to use overall than the fully manual Leica.
And it seems like you already have the investment in Nikon glass, so it'd be silly not to take advantage of that.
Don't really know the difference between the D600 and D800e, but I'd go with the D800e as I have heard so many professional photographers and our resident moderator say nothing but positive things about it.
