...very short on any evidence, in fact he gives none that aren't already explained more rationally and, as the law of parsimony suggests, more simply.
Observational measurements have shown that Oumuamua did indeed speed up as passing through the solar system somewhat faster than gravitational forces suggest it should have, but within reason for a comet with minimal outgassing that could have been unobservable.
