Thanks for sharing all the deliciousness! Vegas has become a foodie paradise in these last few years. The ice cream sampler looked amazing. If you like great, fresh ice cream try Paradis in Montrose or Los Feliz. It's a Danish ice cream company that recently opened here in the US. They make the ice creams fresh daily and use seasonal ingredients. I also like that they serve the ice cream at a good temperature (not too cold) so you get the best aroma, palate feel, and taste sensations.

Those ribs are the best
The meals at Aureole were fancier but I still remember those bbq beef ribs in Houston. Plus the ride in the cool Bentley over to the gelato place. Hope to see you soon Jerry. Regards, ED-209

Hey ED209, Aureole is good, but not PuristS level great, IMO. My opinion is biased as I've been charged 'random' prices for their specialties chocolates vs. some of my dining companions who get those chocolates for free! Great post, but how about posting ...
