A new acquisition—a painting.

My wife and I drive to The Plains, Virginia today. It is a quaint, historic community about 1 hour west of Washington, DC. There are some galleries and antique shops which we enjoy. While having a macchiato, as a great coffee shop, we conversed about whether or not to buy two original acrylics, by an Italian artist, who now lives in Argentina, that we saw earlier in the day. We decided yes — plus we bought a third, which needs to be framed.
