Hummm, buckwheat noodes??? It's in Nagano, the capital of buckwheat production in Japan.
The buckwheat, and locally grown fruit & vegetables are to die for... never ate better than here in Nagano...
but it's not the answer I am looking for \(γ)/ Casey .
Bingo... drove past the Citizen facility and it's huge...
not sure if they do tours, if yes, certainly not at this time with all the restrictions. Have to check it out. Casey .
