I have a pair of Viberg service boots and sometimes look at adding a pair of the Boondocker in suede. Viberg and my Edward Green Galway boots for winter.

And the re-craft program they have is quite good. Could be a bit of a pain sending them back and forth from France, but you might get another 15 years out of them!
