There are always two police officers working together in Sweden:
the other can read, the other can write. Also normally there is a female and male officer patrolling together. That's because relationships between colleagues are not encouraged in Sweden... Whatever happens in Sweden, Finns are joking about that. I guess...
My personal believe dr.kol is that....
