The whole building was a ground-up build that took a couple of years to complete, and the clock was the 'cherry on the cake'. There's of course the long-famous (circa 1930) Art Deco clock on top of the Clock Tower building in Santa Monica. I'll snap a cur...

Does this place have ample covered parking for residents?
And does this place have a car wash area so I can wash my car? That was a big deal to me when I lived in an apartment in Irvine.
I've seen plenty of parking in and around the building....
so I'm confident that isn't a problem. In regards to a car wash, I don't know, maybe it doesn't, but there are several within a couple of miles for quick and easy access....
