We drove east today to Mount Helix. This pinnacle in just east of the city of San Diego has been open to the public for just about 100 years. Our goal was to be out there in time to get a parking space (we got the last one) and to see the sunrise at 6:48 ...  

I had never seen actually someone who still carried a pocket watch land I think it is a very good idea. What year was it made? Interesting place. It can be said that it is a very healthy walking with lots of interesting details. Thanks for sharing and sta...

Is there a way to get to that mountain without a car?

But you would have to get Uber or Lyft the last few miles, or walk (no easy feat).

Then I realised that it had turntables for only two cars. The deals off ;-))

You have to go to the top of the mountain, go through a park gate (which you have the control for), thread your way through the park, then back down almost to the gate and through your own gate to the house. Departure is easier but still ...

Just needs a fully fitted workshop for around 12 classic cars and a couple of top mechanics to look after them.
