It’s just very cheap.
It’s stamped titanium. Very thin and cheap and SCRATCHES like no other. I actually just sold the watch 2 weeks ago mainly because I couldn’t get over the fact that GS used a clasp found in Seikos much cheaper watches. Other than that the watch is very accurate and looks really nice. If they update their bracelete design then I will reconsider.

Be careful! Once you get struck long term by a Seiko , they're difficult to take off :-)
With yours being a Grand Seiko - I'd expect that to increase by spades. Cheers JML

Nope!
The silicone strap collected SO MUCH lint and dust. It had a nice buckle though. I did a trade for a few watches but if you were to sell to a dealer it would be about $5500. Not great resale but that’s how Grand Seiko is.

if you plan to keep it. There are just a few things they need to do better and they will be hard to beat.
