The only downside seems to be that the new movements are harder to regulate quite as precisely as the older ones 🤷🏻♂️ Mine is still keeping excellent time, though 😊

I was thinking about getting a GS....
but never got around to it simply because I focused, and am still focused, on the more expensive and 'elitist' offerings from JLC, VC etc. This despite me loving them immensely and thinking nothing less of them in terms of artisanal execution.... 🙃

by Thierry Stern. Retailers were making customers buy either jewelry or another watch to get a Patek that they wanted. He made it clear in no uncertain terms that there would be severe repercussions if any AD continued to do this.
