so long as it has been checked to make sure seals are fine etc, it is waterproof...and to my mind that has to imply dust-proof too. If the watch is in good condition, then I really dont think you have any worries on dust.
On temperature, I can see how extreme low temperature might cause issues, but 130 degrees just isnt going to be a problem i dont think. I am sure others will have a view on it, but I would have difficulty seeing what woudl stop functioning at such a temperature.
