My "new" rollies are at once become semi-vintage ;-)
Looks like my newer Rollies have become "old" as a result of the new rolex models - where does this place these models - not modern and not vintage - but "semi-vintage" ???
1) My "new" Sea-dweller - not available any more - now it is the deep sea.
2) My modern green sub - is no longer modern - there is now a new model with ceramic bezel
3) And last I expect my semi modern Explorer II to here for its last year - still the best Rolex made ;-)
Så lad os nye disse gamle nye modeller inden de forsvinder ....
De ligger i fremtiden mellem de rigtige "vintage" modeller med plexi og de nyeste modeller.

For sure a page has been almost completely turned...
And of course, your watches will become Vintage, literally, in 20 / 30 years... To me, the Semi Vnitage begins with the transitional models ( 16 750, 16 660, 16 800 / 8000 and 16 550 ), but I got your idea. Best, Nicolas
