...is a dial variant for ref. 16710
from the serial Z to the end of production, M (but sometimes also on D serial) there is a dial with a different type: GMT II (with the number II as a double stick) instead GMT II (with the Romans 2)
There's no correlation for the "stick" dial and the cal. 3186 you can find on the last GMT2 with double color bezel.
i owned a 16710 ser. Z Sticks dial with the familiar cal. 3185
