Sadly you're correct (and it's getting worse in most Italian cities), but Venice is truly an exception in terms of safety. Never say never, of course, but luckily the city is still extremely safe ;-) Cheers.

Yep, I haven't bought a Rolex in years but had a chance to chat with a few Italian ADs this summer, and the situation is indeed quite poor (like in the rest of the world, of course)...Have a great time in Italy with this beauty on your wrist! :-)
