So I finally found out the origin of Tudor Submariners C.I. . . I spoke to a guy Daniel from Argentina after reading his blog on divers collectables. He took a divers course with the commandos anfibios early 80 s and they where all wearing Citizen divers ...  

It explains a lot as the divers company moved from Army to Navy back to Army the had to administrate their watches. That is why for example you find a 1959 ARA Tudor submarine with one type font with a later added C.I. Type font. As of 69 when they become...

Note navigation so that must be one of the 5 companies , one there companies was the navigation company . I listed the companies in random order .

I guess the recon company in war time and navigation instructions training company in peace time.
