do you mean you have never seen an all blue insert and think it is fake, or that you think this particular blue insert is fake..?
Blue inserts do exist but they are very rare and this looks like a beauty to me. There are a few threads here detailing where these models are from...I didn't know of their existance until recently but really like it.

...it's a fake insert, i'm sorry you noticed in this way. you can recognize a fake blue (not only) insert very simply by comparing the numbers 2! as you can see they are pretty ugly in the fake one. sorry again, nice gmt btw. chris

I remember my first watch when I was maybe 6 or 7 years old, it was a Tissot with interchangeable plastic bezels there were maybe 4 or 5 of them different colours, I think each bezel had different graduation for different purpose, one would just unclip on...

...is the same for Rolex but with the same reference indeed. you can switch the bezel between 1675 and 16750 (plexi), or between 16700 and 16710 (sapphire). i guess that is not possibile on 16760 with other reference, but i'm not so sure. hagwe chris
