PRECISION dials either with the 1530 and with big-bubbleback movements ( so most dials like this are from the 50s and from the first half of the 60s , thus made when the 1520 " fast beat " movement was still not produced).
you can either find SUPERPRECISION dials with 1530 movement ( like for example in 5506 ).
I will ask to my watchmaker but AFAIK the difference is in the balance-bridge with advance/delay regulations.

Seriously, I think that Super Precision refers to cal. 1530, whereas Precision concerns the 1520. The Cal. 1520 was based on the Cal. 1530 but had a different type of hairspring (flat instead of the conventional Breguet type h/s), plus had an index regula...
