It's 4000 ft that is the biggest difference IMO
the new seadweller gives a 4000 ft rating against 12800 ft for the Deep Sea , that's a lot of difference 
makes 1220 mtr vs 3900 mtr ...

Thank you all for the advice. It did help me clear up some doubts on what I wanted. It is such a tough decision to make, especially when these 2 models are so similar, but also starkly different in many ways! Thank you fellow Rolex enthusiasts! HAGWE!
