Rolex

I'm a big fan of the sky-dweller ...

and have traveled with it many times. One "issue" is that unlike GMT movement, date doesn't flip backwards when hour hand jumps backwards. This sometimes causes problem when you are traveling west, around midnight.

It is true that reading the numbers off the tiny circle is more difficult compared to the big bezel of the GMT. But, I personally never had much problem, because while traveling I need the local time in most cases and the home time only occasionally.

In the end, I'm considering adding the new ss BLRO, only if I'm sure that jubilee and the controversial color combinations won't bug me that much.

Will keep both ... Love the sky-d for its luxurious feel, mechanical complications implemented in a very innovative and very cool way. Love the GMT too because of its simplicity, which is sometimes difficult to achieve and can be viewed as a "complication" by itself! smile
