I can provide some proof on Nos. 5 and 8.

 

Rolex produced a model called the "Golden Egg" for the North American market towards the end of the 1950's.  It was made to compete with the gold capped Omega Constellations of the time which came with a similar thick gold plating.  The thickness of the gold was over 200 microns, vs. 40 to 80 microns for standard gold-filled watch cases of the era.  The case reference was 6634 for this model, but other gold shell models were made at least through the 1960's.
