I always prefer the 16700 for the quick date, never GTM II 16710 ! The 16700 is a fantastic watch and good to have in colection.

But this is a very personal decision, because i really dont need a second time, but i change my watches a lot. So it is easier with quick date to set the watch.

There is no match, here, the 1675, with its stunning gilt dial. But the 16700 is a good looking GMT MASTER, which is worth owning in a collection of GMT MASTER. [nt]

Ok I know this sounds silly but what is a Gilt Dial ? How do you identify it ? The 1675 is also a watch passed down to me from my dad I think he bought it in the mud to late 60’s the 16700 I bought in 1998 -99 Thanks for your help

1675 gilt is a classic. The 16700 is the last GMT Master made by Rolex. Both have their appeal.
