there will be many parts needing replacing as they will be worn out as the seals will have failed. the setting wheel post for starters may need replacing along with the axle for the winding/oscillating weight for starters

I tried the 42mm and to my surprise it felt quite good (which I was not expecting on my 17 cms wrist), however I am more fond of the 40mm five digits... they are just soooo nice on the wrist you forget you are wearing one, so I am with you
