isn't it an indication of double lock or tri-lock? btw thanks for sharing and great photos! me too have a three (3) day date (18KYG, 18KPG & 18KWG.. i know i need to add a plat to complete me collection) and they do not get any wrist time and yes shame on... 

spanish translation : acero=steel, oro amarillo=yellow gold, oro blanco=white gold, plat=platinum by the way, could u share some pics of your 3 day-dates as i am curious of the different dials existent for the ref.1803....
