Rolex

Recently I had the chance to see a quit rare Rolex..... a pre-Daytona... or rather a pre-pre-Daytona..... One of the firsts chronos that rolex made.... The reference of this one is 4048..... 35mm, ss, Valjoux movement..... As I said, quite rare as only ab...

indeed a beauty..... Unfortunatelly I only had it briefly on my hands and could not open the case for the movement.... I did capture a couple of shots though to share with you... Cheers
