After owning so many Rolex watches you FINALLY have a problem?
I would consider myself fortunate if such a hiccup is the only issue I've had with a manufacturer after years of ownership of the same brand. What was told to you by the RSC is laughable though. Be patient with them, they'll eventually get it right.

I have heard similar stories about every watch brand, even Rolex which is the most reliable IMHO. I hope they will fix your watch soon and you will be able to enjoy it at last. Cheers Jeff
