Yes, lost some pounds throughout a year by intermittent fasting. My wrist size dropped from the original E/G oyterflex bracelet combination to D/F now, so does my waist........

For sure on the fit. As for Yokozuna, we got VERY sad news yesterday at the vet but he has been not well for a little while now...

He is now diabetic and had 3X the suggested level of blood sugar so he was put immediately on insulin treatment 2X per day as well as a drastic change in his diet and exercise routine. SO SAD for the gentle giant 😪😭. I will do my best to take care of him ...

As I've aged I find I'm doing less weight training and more cardio. Eating less also, resulting in numerous bracelets resized. That is my favorite Daytona. Super cool!

Thanks. The need of resizing is indeed a bit inconvenient for bracelet, which is the advantage of straps on the other hand......
