I did come across a similar dial config and PCG from 1963 in the 1.1 mil serial range. Perhaps if you could share the serial, that may add more details for others to chip in on what they know/think. Cheers!

Thanks for your response. Yours looks awesome, nice one!! I was wondering whether to fix the lume in the hour hand. What would you suggest? Obviously i would get an expert to do it, or should i just leave it as is. What sort of value would you say mine is... 

I would just polish the crystal and leave the watch as is.

Assuming it is kerping reasonable time put a nice vintage leather strap and enjoy the watch. Value is hard to estimate without examining the watch.
