.... no, swimming and moutain hiking won't hurt it. Only thing that could hurt it, is if u dive deeper the 3,900 meters. Here, u might have some issues with the watch

Your Rolex should be fine..
My only concern would be for its weight and the way it would affect your stroke while swimming. Congrats on your new Sea Dweller! Alex
