Not quite...
when RD first launched La Monegasque, they made two limited edition chrono pieces in precious metal w/ RD78 movement. They were priced at a small premium to the RD680 based chronograph in similar precious metal. IMHO, they were a great bargain given the movement finishing.
This is one of them. I believe the reference number should start w/ MG4478.

I think it is a great watch. Of course the finishings of the movement is not at the same level, in my opinion than previous Dubuis chronographs movements but the case shape, the micro-rotor and the dial make it appealing. Fx ...

Many here will agree that this is the nicest chronograph in the current Roger Dubuis product line. The grey dial with the red accents really pops. Yes, the RD78 movement is finer than the RD 680, which is probably why it was used in one of the Big Number ...
