First time I am seeing 1 and 11 being this big on a watch dial.
So I searched "11121", it yielded an express train, postal codes, ISO standard, as well as this:

The construction quality of the dial on my square one wasn't as good. The case and movement were fine, however.
No, just lacquered. Very nicely lacquered.
And unusually for lacquer, very white. The numerals have a glossy ink-filled look, the center of which rise above the dial a little.

Still legible, compared to the roman numerals-only dial. On this '11121' dial, the romans are shorter.
