The collaborative art piece introduced in 2016 in an edition of 30 pieces (long sold out) was not my favourite reference upon reveal.. however has since grown immeasurably in my mind.
One reason fueling this is the idea that each piece is truly unique as they were hand-decorated by the artist himself. The colour variants I have seen out there are drastic!
I noticed one for sale through a secondary dealer online yesterday, and although beyond reach (understatement), I found myself seriously envisioning the ownership experience of a piece like that. The dilemma then becomes, what if the one that is in front of you doesn't suit your taste?
If you have come across this reference in person, whether it be on your wrist, that of a friend, or a boutique - I'd appreciate if you could share the experience or a photo. I have included a few below for reference, however have not had the luck to see one in person when visiting an RM boutique.
If there are any owners reading this, did you have an idea of what your allocation would look like before taking possession?
