Poor customer service...just like their parent/affiliate AP

 

Honestly while I love Richard Mille, reminds me of the lazy boutique staff at AP boutique that just about refused to assist with a request for a new strap and deployant for my AP ROO 25770. My wife went to the boutique to purchase a new strap and deployant for me as a birthday gift (easily $1500 worth of merchadise). She was told the boutique did not have the strap or deployant, could not get the strap or deployant, maybe try another source.

SERIOUSLY!?!? The boutique couldn't ring the HQ in Clearwater, FL to figure out what straps were available and order the deployant? I mean isn''t the AUDEMARS PIGUET boutique part of AP??? Nasty and poor service.

Looks like Richard Mille boutique isn't far behind. Maybe try the Richard Mille HQ service directly?
